Surrey Drug Care is a 24 hour confidential help line giving support and information to drug and alcohol users, their families and friends, in the County of Surrey. They are ready to receive calls at any time of the day or night for 365 days of the year.
Surrey Drug Care is a registered charity and services are free of charge.
Surrey Drug Care operates with a team of Volunteers who come from a variety of professional backgrounds, including pharmacy, medicine, nursing, teaching and counselling. Their aim is to be confidential and non-judgemental. Volunteers are trained not only in telephone and listening skills, but also in the effects of all the drugs most commonly misused and the follow-on services which can be offered. Our Helpline number is widely advertised in the County.
